You folks were not our first contractor, but you are the only one we will call back for future work. Your company provided an initial over-the-phone estimate, and discussed various options and potential pitfalls. When the on-site estimator arrived, he was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and promptly gave me an estimate significantly lower than the original quote provided to me over the phone! The team you sent out to do the work was friendly, quick and amazingly clean; they didn't leave a shred of loose-fill fiberglass on the floor, even after crawling around in the attic for a few hours. They finished ahead of schedule, too.
